PART 2: “Timing & Breaks”
- Learn right technique of break down the basics and how to lead/follow
- Exercises to break down the timing and useful moves to get the flow
- Social Combinations!
PART 3: “Sensual Flow Combos”
- From basic to advanced moves and combinations using the elements learned
- Leading & Following challenge
- New Social Combinations
PART 4: “Feed back & practice”
