Intermediate-Advanced level workshops in Pure Balboa and Bal-Swing with guest teacher, Paul Golledge

Are you very familiar with all the classic Pure Balboa and Bal-Swing rhythms and figures and have been social dancing for a few years?

We'll be working on Pure Bal and Bal-Swing. Paul specialises in slides and I love Pure Bal footwork improvisation. We both value compact dancing that prioritizes sharing ideas on the music with our partner.

We focus on the social dance aspect of Balboa, so your experience on the social dance floor is more important to us than the number of international workshops you've taken, so do get in touch. However, if you don't yet "throwout with ease", keep a look-out as we plan to offer intermediate workshops also, which will be perfect for you.

Paul Golledge (aka DJ Swing Maniac) has been dancing and DJing on the swing scene for many years and is best known for teaching and DJing at the vintage dance night, Mouthful O Jam. He is often seen on the social dance floors in London, chatting and dancing as well as DJing. I've been teaching Balboa for 14 years and run Paper Moon (next one on 18 Oct!).
