Hosts on rotation are MISS FEELGOOD and KAYA M and DEBBIE GOLT - classics, roots and rarities with ska galore and more - rewind central! We invite 3-4 guests to join the night.
This month MISS FEELGOOD and DEBBIE GOLT host - classics, studio one, lovers rock , roots, ska, revival and conscious new sounds a plenty.
And our guests shine already! TOMOKO (AKA Lady Kamikaze) TOMOKO, making her Ritzy debut specialises in rare vintage gems with Caribbean sounds at the top of her box this time around. Her late husband the legendary DJ EL NINO encouraged her to DJ and she honours his spirit. Everywhere Tomoko plays people simply fill the dancefloor and stay there! Also playing with us for the first time I-FYAHREINE & IMMORTAL GODDESS bring their ital Roots sounds to the fore with deep focus. They are part of the fabulous JAHMENENITES who are the vocal bedrock of Room in the Sky and will bring that dynamic vibe to the room; Brixton's own LADY ALYNA believes music is love and love is music. Grounded in reggae roots and sounds of dub, her sets are crafted for people who love to truly feel the music as she shares great music and good vibes. Since making her debut with the Vinyl Sisters two years ago, Lady Alyna has been bringing her passion and uplifting energy to the community and beyond.
