✦ Official Bachata Social World Cup MAJOR Qualifier ✦
The Jack & Jill Competition is officially a Bachata Social World Cup Major Qualifier, giving dancers the chance to compete for a spot at BSWC 2027.
✪ The competition includes 4 rounds: Elimination, Quarter Finals, Semi Finals and Finals.
✪ A maximum of 100 couples will compete in the qualifier.
✪ Pre-Qualification: Some dancers may qualify directly to later rounds through selected partner events and pre-qualification competitions.
✪ Qualification to BSWC 2027: The Top 3 finalists will qualify for Bachata Social World Cup 2027.
✪ Registration Price: 25€ per person
This is your chance to dance, compete, and represent your community on an international level. The road to the world stage starts in Tallinn.

Schedule | Sunday 22nd Nov
1 PM – 3 PM | Preselection
7 PM – 9 PM | Finals
✪ Preselection: Each dancer has 45 seconds to impress the jury. Only 8 dancers will be selected for the next round.
✪ 2nd Round: Quarters & Semis. 1-minute round per dancer.
✪ Final: Two 1-minute rounds per dancer.
✪ Prize Money & Bonus: Winner receives €200 + Trophy.
✪ The Judge Battle: The winner will face a random judge for an extra €100 challenge.

▶ TALLINN EXPERIENCE WEEK ◀

Tallinn Experience Week is a special pre-festival program created for dancers who want to experience more than just workshops and parties. From Monday until Sunday, participants can enjoy local activities, social experiences, city tours, Bachata classes, and unique Nordic experiences together with dancers from all around the world.
The goal of Tallinn Experience Week is to help people connect before the main festival begins and to give international visitors the chance to discover Tallinn beyond the dance floor.
What to expect:
✪ Bachata Classes & Socials at Bachata Studio Tallinn (Mon–Wed) Join Bachata classes, socials, and meet the Tallinn Bachata community before the festival weekend starts.
✪ Põhjala Brewery Beer Tasting – Visit one of Estonia’s most famous breweries and enjoy a guided tasting experience with different craft beers.
✪ Winter Swimming & Sauna – Experience one of the most traditional Nordic activities with sauna, winter swimming, hot glögg and guidance for first-time winter swimmers.
✪ Walking Tours Around Tallinn – Discover Tallinn Old Town, Telliskivi Creative City, Kultuurikatel, and other popular locations together with other festival participants.
✪ Tallink Ferry Bachata Pre-Party – Travel together from Helsinki with a special ferry pre-party experience and discounted ferry tickets for participants.
✪ International Community Experience – Meet dancers from different countries already before the festival officially begins and create new connections throughout the week.

② Workshop Coordinator – Keep track of time, provide water for artists, help with mics, show time reminders, ticket checks
③ Social Media – Capture videos/photos with your phone or camera (if you have one)
④ Decoration Crew – Assist with set-up and take-down of decorations
⑤ Production – Pre-event construction, set-up, and de-construction after the event
