Whether you are completely new to Blues-inspired dancing or an experienced dancer looking for fresh creative challenges, this session will help you transform simple movements into meaningful expression.
💙 WORKSHOP HIGHLIGHTS 💙
Using slower Blues and Blues-Fusion tracks as our inspiration, we will explore timing, connection, movement quality, and musical interpretation. The focus of this workshop is all about listening, feeling, and responding.

An exceptional teacher, DJ, and event organiser, Sara specialises in Blues and expressive partner dancing. She is widely known for her engaging teaching style and deep understanding of connection, emotion, and musical interpretation. This workshop will help you develop a greater awareness of connection and improve your ability to truly express the music through movement.

📍 Location: Daventry Leisure Centre is located on Lodge Road (B4036), directly opposite the Council Buildings.
🅿️ Parking & Finding Us:
Park in either of the 2 on-site car parks.
Walk to the front of the Leisure Centre, but keep to the right of the main entrance.
Head for the Saxon Suite entrance.
Go through the glass doors into the lobby, turn right through the wooden double doors, and you’ll see the friendly Ceroc front desk!
