The European Balboa Festival is an international festival organised by the Studio Hop school in Toulouse, in the south of France.
500 dancers come from all over the world for an awesome weekend: classes with talented teachers, competitions including the EuroBal Cup and Grand Slam, 3 parties with live music and even a preparty on Thursday night!
