Henna Brandt saapuu Flamaan tuomaan ripauksen itsevarmuutta, sensuellia liikettä ja hyvää fiilistä! Hennan tunneilla yhdistyvät selkeä opetus, kehotietoisuus ja kannustava ilmapiiri – täällä saat olla juuri sellainen kuin olet ja löytää oman tapasi liikkua.
Luvassa on kaksi workshopia, joissa pääset sukeltamaan sekä pehmeän sensuelliin että rohkeammin viettelevään liikekieleen.

✨ Sensual Heels (alkeet) ✨
Sensual Heels -tunnilla sukelletaan korkokengillä tanssimisen maailmaan feminiinistä energiaa korostaen. Henna opettaa koroilla tanssimisen perustekniikoita ja kehon linjauksia. Tunnin lopuksi rakennetaan Hennan suunnittelema koreografia, jossa yhdistyvät feminiininen liikekieli ja viettelevä tunnelma.
Tunnin taso on alkeet, ja se sopii jonkin verran tanssia harrastaneille. Aiempaa kokemusta koroilla tanssimisesta ei kuitenkaan tarvitse olla. Voit halutessasi osallistua myös ilman korkoja.
✨ Heels (alkeisjatko) ✨
Tällä tunnilla syvennetään taitoja heels-tanssin parissa. Tunnilla harjoitellaan heels-tekniikoita ja lopuksi rakennetaan Hennan suunnittelema koreografia.
Tunti sopii heels-tanssia harrastaville, esimerkiksi alkeiskurssille osallistuneille.

Henna Brandt on tanssija ja esiintyjä. Henna aloitti tanssin jo lapsena hip hopilla, jonka parissa hän myös kilpaili. Teini-iässä hän uppoutui tanssin maailmaan entistä syvemmin ja kävi tanssimassa useita eri lajeja laidasta laitaan. Hennalla on monipuolinen ja vahva tanssitausta, ja tällä hetkellä hän opettaa pääosin Heels- ja Commercial-tunteja.
Henna on kannustava ja sympaattinen opettaja, jonka tunneilla hymy on herkässä ja jokainen saa olla oma itsensä. Henna kannustaa ihmisiä loistamaan rohkeasti omana itsenään, ja hänen tunneilleen ovat tervetulleita kaikki: iästä tai taustasta riippumatta.

The Sensual Heels class takes you on a journey into the world of dancing in high heels, emphasizing feminine energy. Henna teaches the basic techniques and body alignment for dancing in heels. At the end of the class, you’ll put together a choreography designed by Henna that combines feminine movement and a seductive atmosphere.
This class is for beginners and is suitable for those who have some experience with dance. However, no prior experience with dancing in heels is required. If you prefer, you can also participate without heels.

In this class, we’ll take our heel dance skills to the next level. We’ll practice heel techniques and finish by putting together a routine choreographed by Henna.
This class is suitable for those who dance in heels, such as those who have taken a beginner’s course.
🧡 Henna Brandt 🧡
Henna Brandt is a dancer and performer. Henna started dancing as a child with hip-hop, a style in which she also competed. As a teenager, she immersed herself even more deeply in the world of dance and explored a wide variety of dance styles. Henna has a versatile and strong dance background, and currently she mainly teaches Heels and Commercial classes.
Henna is an encouraging and sympathetic teacher whose classes are filled with smiles and where everyone can be themselves. Henna encourages people to shine boldly as themselves, and everyone is welcome in her classes, regardless of age or background.
