INSIDE OUT – Contact Improvisation Long Jam in Bern, 28.11-29.11

We invite you to the first Edition of INSIDE OUT. A Long Jam with a minimal structure inspired by the improvisational practices of Kirstie Simson - And with plenty of space for dancing, listening, connecting, and following what unfolds.

Supported by the structure we invite you into a braver space to be with what is present, within ourselves, between us, and in the world around us.
It will take place in the hall and spaces of the Steinerschule Bern with a little glimpse of the hopefully snowy Mountains.

SCHEDULE:
On Friday 27th we will have an optional landing in Space and Body time. Arrival is possible from 5pm onwards, with the jam starting at 7pm (dinner self-organized), for people from further away and all those who want to join.
The official start is on Saturday Morning with a welcoming circle at 10.30am.
The morning will start with a somatic practice that will lead us into the jam space, which will be ongoing until Dinner.
On Saturday evening and Sunday morning, there will be two more led somatic practices into jam to support us in staying present.
On Sunday, we will end around 4pm after tidying up the space together.

FOOD:
To nourish our bodies and grounds, we will be delighted by plenty of delicious food cooked by Maya. It will be mostly vegan. Please let us know about any dietary requirements in the registration form.

ACCOMODATION:
It is possible to sleep in the dancing space for an additional 7chf per night, so bring your own sleeping bag and mat if you'd like that. Alternatively the Steinerschule Bern is close to the city centre of Bern (20' bus ride from the Station). So if you know people who can accommodate you, that is also a great option!

As we want to make it as accessible as possible for everyBODY, there are three possible fees to choose from:
Supported: CHF 120–140 (€ 130–150)
Our costs are covered: CHF 150 (€ 160)
