Water contact dance – shallow & deep

We warmly invite you to embodied exploration of water contact dance: where water becomes your partner, gravity dissolves, and movement emerges from sensation, play, and trust.
These aquatic dance workshops weave together land and water practices to awaken your body fluid intelligence, inner listening, and connection with others. You’re welcome to join for one or more days.

Facilitators
Tanya is a somatic movement guide, aquatic dance instructor, Continuum practitioner, and founder of @fluidrootsdance. She brings a fluid, poetic, and body-centered approach rooted in years of dance, freediving, and somatic practice.
Anna is a dancer, embodiment facilitator, and contact improvisation teacher with a background in somatic psychology and inclusive body practices. Her approach is gentle, curious, and deeply attuned to the wisdom of the body in connection.
