After a long break, Moe Flex returns to our Community at BOH Studios in Bournemouth, bringing his energy, experience and passion for teaching back to Thursday nights.
Get ready for an evening of learning, movement, musicality and great dancing💃🕺
7pm – Dance Technique with Moe Flex & The Salsa Explosion Team (All Levels)
Work on the foundations that can make a real difference to your dancing — footwork, weight transfer, balance, body movement and musicality. Learn how to move with more control, feel more comfortable in your body and make your dancing more natural and expressive.
8pm – Salsa Cubana Partner Work with Moe Flex & The Salsa Explosion Team (All levels)
An all-levels class focused on connection, timing, movement and enjoying the music. Whether you’re new to Cuban Salsa or looking to sharpen your skills, come and dance with us.
