🪐 Po zakupie biletu nie ma możliwości jego zwrotu, ale istnieje opcja zmiany imienia i nazwiska lub przeniesienia biletu na kolejny rok. Koszt zmiany danych: 60 zł, należność za bilet rozliczacie między sobą.

🪐 Do ŚRODY 17.02.2027 istnieje możliwość przepisania swojego biletu na INNĄ OSOBĘ tej samej płci (lub innej za zgodą organizatora) celem zachowania proporcji na festiwalu.
🪐 Do ŚRODY 17.02.2027 istnieje również możliwość przepisania swojego biletu na KOLEJNY ROK. Cena takiego przepisania różni się w zależności od daty (40 zł, lub 60 zł na tydzień przed eventem).
🪐 Po 17.02.2027 przepisane oraz przeniesienie biletu może być niemożliwe ze względów logistycznych (potencjalnie będziemy już w trybie działania bezpośrednio przy evencie).

At the heart of our festival remains what has been its DNA from the very beginning: quality of movement, conscious dancing, awareness of yourself and your partner, and the joy of being truly present on the dance floor 💃🕺
In 2027, we want to bring our values into Bachata even more strongly 🔥
There will be more Bachata couples, more inspiration, and more space for growth. Still in our signature style: with feeling, lightness, sensual improvisation, and that distinctive ADF vibe so many of you know from previous editions.

👉🏼 I CAN’T ATTEND - WHAT HAPPENS THEN?
🪐 Once purchased, the ticket cannot be refunded, but you can change the name on the ticket or transfer it to the following year. To change the details or transfer your ticket, contact us via the @abradreamflow fan page on Facebook or Instagram, or by email at [email protected]. If transferring the ticket to another person, please provide the new participant’s details.
Name change fee: PLN 60 - the ticket payment itself is settled between you.
Ticket transfer fee: PLN 60 or PLN 80 (after February 12, 2027).
We’ll send you a link to make the payment online.
🪐 Until WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 17, 202, you can transfer your ticket to ANOTHER PERSON of the same gender (or a different gender with the organizer’s approval) in order to maintain the festival’s gender balance.
🪐 Until WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 17, 2027, you can also transfer your ticket to the FOLLOWING YEAR. The transfer fee depends on the date: PLN 40, or PLN 60 during the week before the event.
🪐 After February 17, 2027, changing the ticket holder or transferring the ticket may no longer be possible due to logistical reasons (we may already be fully focused on running the event on-site).
