BMJはバチャータのスキル向上だけでなく、相互尊重による「調和」あるコミュニティを大切にしています。すべての参加者が心身ともに安全に交流できる環境を最優先に維持します。
1. リスペクトある行動を
BMJは主催者が責任を持って運営・管理するイベントです。他者への配慮を欠く言動・自分勝手な振る舞い・場の雰囲気を乱す行為など、円滑な運営に支障をきたすと判断した場合、事前または当日に参加をご遠慮いただくことがあります（返金不可）。
2. 安全なダンスを
ペアダンスは常に相手を傷つけるリスクを伴います。スキルを継続的に磨き、相手を尊重した安全なリード・フォローを心がけてください。
3. 運営方針への同意
本イベントの方針に反する行為はお断りしています。参加の時点で、すべての方針に同意いただいたものとみなします。
4. 免責事項
イベント中のケガ・アクシデント・器物破損・汚損等について、主催者は責任を負いません。破損・汚損が生じた場合は当事者にご対応いただきます。
5. ゴミはお持ち帰りください。

At BMJ, we believe bachata is about more than skill — it’s about building a community grounded in mutual respect and harmony. We are committed to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all participants.
1. Respectful Behavior
BMJ is an event operated and managed under the full responsibility of the organizers. Any behavior deemed disruptive to the event — including lack of consideration for others, self-centered conduct, or actions that disturb the atmosphere — may result in refusal of participation, either before or at the event, without refund.
2. Dance Safely
Partner dancing always carries the risk of injury. Please continue to develop your skills and practice safe, respectful leading and following at all times.
3. Agreement to Event Policy
Any conduct that goes against BMJ’s policies will not be tolerated. By participating, all attendees are considered to have agreed to these policies in full.
4. Disclaimer
The organizers are not liable for any injuries, accidents, damage to property, or other incidents that occur during the event. In the event of damage or soiling, the responsible party will be asked to address it directly.
