Taking place at various venues around Carlow Town, Bailando by the Barrow promises to be a wonderful experience, with quality artists and wonderful venues, bringing to the people of the South-East a quality product that will bring Salsa, Bachata and Kizomba from the streets all the way to the ballroom.
