REGULAMIN ZAKUPÓW
-Odsprzedaż biletów jakim jest każdy rodzaj passa na WTF i zmiana nazwiska przypisanego do biletu może zostać dokonana tylko 1 raz. Odkupionego biletu nie można odsprzedać kolejnej osobie.
-Zmiana właściciela wymaga DOPŁATY różnicy między ceną obowiązującą w dniu zakupu biletu przez pierwotnego nabywcę, a ceną aktualną w dniu zgłoszenia zmiany nazwiska i dokonania zapłaty.
-Pierwotny właściciel biletu powiadamia o zmianie wysyłając maila do organizatora zawierający imię, nazwisko oraz adres e-mail nowego właściciela na adres [email protected]
-Odsprzedaż biletów i zmiana nazwiska przypisanego do biletu możliwa jest do 25 września 2026r. Zmiany dokonane po tym terminie nie będą akceptowane. Organizator nie pośredniczy w poszukiwaniu nowego nabywcy biletu. Uczestnicy rozliczają się między sobą.
Do organizatora należy jedynie wpłacić różnice jaka może wynikać w cenie biletu.
W razie nieobecności na wydarzeniu można przepisać wydana kwotę na poczet WTF 2027. ale informacje o tym fakcie należy przesłać do organizatora najpóźniej do 25.09.2026, w przeciwnym wypadku kwota przepada. Organizator nie dokonuje zwrotów. Jedynym przypadkiem jest konieczność odwołania eventu.

Get ready for the social competition as well! The competition follows an OPEN format – you can join regardless of your level. We dance to sensual, remix, and Dominican bachata music. What matters most is flow, improvisation, leading/following, and above all, having fun.
Participation fee:
– 60 PLN with a Full/Party Pass for WTF 2026
– 100 PLN without a Pass

TICKET PURCHASE TERMS
* The resale of tickets (any kind of pass for WTF) and the change of the name assigned to a ticket can only be made once. A resold ticket cannot be resold again.
* Changing the ticket holder requires an additional payment of the difference between the price valid on the day of the original purchase and the price valid on the day of the name change request and payment.
* The original ticket holder must notify the organizer about the change by sending an email with the new owner’s full name and email address to: [email protected]
* Ticket resale and name changes are possible until September 25, 2026. Changes requested after this date will not be accepted. The organizer does not mediate in finding a new ticket buyer. Participants settle the resale between themselves. Only the price difference, if applicable, must be paid to the organizer.
* In case of absence at the event, the paid amount can be transferred towards WTF 2027. However, you must notify the organizer no later than September 25, 2026. Otherwise, the amount is forfeited.
* The organizer does not issue refunds. The only exception is the cancellation of the event.
